01 General Provisions and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between bbdok ("Platform", "we", "our") and users of the platform ("you", "user"). bbdok is an online gaming platform that provides slot games, live casino, and sports betting services including cricket to the Bangladesh market.

The key definitions used in these Terms are as follows:

• "Account" — A personal user profile registered on the bbdok platform.
• "Balance" — The total funds or bonus credits held in an account.
• "Bonus" — Promotional credits or benefits granted by bbdok.
• "Bet" — Placing money on the outcome of a game or event.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The obligation to place a specified amount in bets before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• "Services" — All gaming, betting, and financial services provided by bbdok.

02 Eligibility and Age Requirement

To use bbdok's services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years old — for users aged 21 and above only.
• You must hold a valid Bangladeshi mobile number.
• You must have an active bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account registered in your own name.
• You must provide accurate and truthful personal information.
• No person may operate an account on behalf of another person or act as a proxy.

03 Account Registration and Security

Each user may create only one account. Having more than one account is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination. During registration you will be required to provide the following information:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your National ID card or passport).
• An active, personal mobile number.
• Date of birth.
• A strong and unique password.

04 Financial Transactions — Deposits and Withdrawals

bbdok handles financial transactions exclusively through Bangladeshi Mobile Financial Services (MFS). The accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket (Rocket is Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 for each method.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal processing time: Typically completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Deposited funds must come from an MFS account registered in your own name.
• Withdrawals will also be sent only to an MFS account registered in your own name.

bbdok does not accept deposit or withdrawal requests through third parties. If such a transaction is identified, the account may be temporarily suspended for investigation.

05 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

bbdok offers various types of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, which are provided at the time of the announcement. The main welcome bonus terms are set out below:

• Welcome Bonus: 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
• Example 1: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000.
• Example 2: Deposit ৳22,000 and receive the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳42,000.
• Wagering Requirement: You must wager 20 times the bonus amount (on the bonus funds only, not on the combined total of deposit plus bonus).
• Wagering Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = ৳40,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

bbdok reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer. If bonus abuse or fraud is suspected, bbdok may cancel the bonus and investigate the relevant account. The VIP program has three tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.3%), Silver (up to 0.7%), and Gold (up to 1.0%).

06 Gaming Rules and Fair Play Policy

All users must follow the gaming rules below when participating on bbdok:

• Every game must be played fairly and honestly.
• Using any software, bot, or automated system to play games is strictly prohibited.
• Attempting to manipulate any game system or its outcome is not permitted.
• In sports betting, match fixing or the use of insider information is not permitted.
• Coordinating bets or colluding with other users is prohibited.

All games on bbdok are operated using technology from their respective game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and others). The outcome of every game is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG). It is not possible to predict or influence any game result.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bbdok platform:

• Creating and operating more than one account per person.
• Money laundering or conducting any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security measures.
• Collecting or misusing other users' personal information.
• Attempting to exploit the bonus system to artificially fulfil wagering requirements (bonus abuse).
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor (under 21 years of age).
• Using fraudulent payment methods or stolen financial details.
• Placing excessive load on the platform's servers or conducting DDoS attacks.

08 Account Closure and Suspension Policy

bbdok reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud or fraudulent activity.
• Providing false or incomplete personal information.
• Failure to cooperate with the age verification process.
• Engaging in prohibited activities.

Users may also request closure of their own account at any time. To request account closure, email [email protected]. Any outstanding bets will be settled before closure, and the balance (provided all bonus wagering has been completed) will be returned.

09 Limitation of Liability

The bbdok platform provides services on an "as is" basis. bbdok does not accept liability for the following:

• Delays or issues related to third-party services (payment gateways, game providers).
• Account losses resulting from the user's own carelessness or negligence.
• Cancellation of bet outcomes due to unexpected technical errors.

In the event of a dispute over a game result, bbdok's own server logs and the game provider's records will be considered the definitive source of truth. If an incorrect amount is displayed due to a technical error, that amount will not be treated as the actual balance, and bbdok reserves the right to correct it.

10 Privacy and Personal Data Protection

bbdok treats the protection of users' personal information as its highest priority. All information provided during registration is secured through SSL encryption. We never sell your information to third parties.

However, information may be shared in the following cases:

• Technical service providers (payment processors, game providers) — only the information necessary to deliver the service.
• In response to lawful requests from government authorities as required by applicable law.
